(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to initiate enquiry and take criminal action against respondents No.4 and 5. Learned State counsel, producing the photocopy of letter No.303/5A/ACPC dated 29.09.2012 written by Assistant Commissioner of Police (Central), Ludhiana, to learned District Judge Ludhiana, contends that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of referal of the matter in dispute to learned District Judge, Ludhiana. In view of above, petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
