RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner - Ravinder Kaur in a case arising from FIR No.58 dated 01.12.2018 registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Special Task Force, Phase IV, District S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali). Petitioner is facing trial in the aforesaid FIR along with her husband for keeping in possession 1165 injections of Rexogesic Buprenorphine and 700 vials of intoxicant injections. Heard.

Since, there is extraordinary heavy recovery of drugs which are prohibited under the NDPS Act from the petitioner and her husband, petitioner does not deserve the concession of regular bail. Dismissed.
