(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the facts which have come in the knowledge of the next friend of the petitioner, namely, Sukhwinder Singh after the filing of the present petition that minor Jaspreet Kaur in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in respect of FIR No.69 dated 03.06.2021, registered under Sections 363 and 366-A IPC, Police Station Sidhawan Bet, Ludhiana Rural, has said that she wants to reside with her biological mother and the custody of the minor petitioner was granted by the Court in the favour of her biological mother, hence, this petition be disposed off as not pressed. Ordered accordingly.
