Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that co-accused of the petitioner, who had faced the trial, have since been acquitted. Petitioner is ready to face the trial. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition to enable the petitioner to take up all the pleas available to him during trial.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

However, in case petitioner surrenders before the Trial Court within two months from today, he be released on bail subject to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
