Admittedly, refund has now been made to the petitioner. However, his grievance is that the matter remained pending for a considerable period and no interest has been paid on the refund amount. In view of the above, present petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such. However, on the limited issue of interest, we relegate the parties to the same authority, who shall consider the plea of the petitioner regarding payment of interest and pass a speaking order at the earliest, in any case, not later than six weeks.
