Seeking quashing of the order dated 16.02.2018 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC. 2.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that they could not get the correct address and the respondent is fugitive.

Given above, present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, it is clarified that as and when the petitioner shall be able to get the correct address, it shall be permissible for him to file a fresh petition. It is further clarified that the time for which the present petition was pending, shall not be counted for the purpose of limitation. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
