(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to fairly conclude investigation in case FIR No.217 dated 16.09.2014 registered under Sections 420, 120-B IPC at Police Station Sadar, Jalalabad, District Fazilka.

Learned State counsel submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that cancellation report in the aforesaid FIR has been prepared and shall be submitted in Court shortly. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. (RAMENDRA JAIN) February 11, 2019 JUDGE R.S.
