Present petition for cancellation of bail granted to respondent Nos.2 and 3, vide order dated 03.09.2015 (Annexure P-3). Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after released on bail the petitioner is being threatened continuously by respondents No.2 and 3 and for that purpose he has already moved an application/complaint before Senior Superintendent of Police, Mansa on 12.09.2015 (Annexure P-4).

In view of above facts, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Mansa to look into and take appropriate action on applicantion/complaint (Annexure P-4), within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
