*** Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has since joined the investigation. This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurpreet Singh from Police Station CIA Staff, Bathinda. He states that the petitioner has surrendered his Passport before the investigating agency and recovery of motor cycle has also been got effected and in that way he is not required for further investigation. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 29.9.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
