Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.150 dated 05.06.2025, registered under Section 20 of NDPS Act (Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on), at Police Station Sarai Khawaja, District Faridabad.

By virtue of order dated 30.03.2026, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated with the same and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute. 4.
Learned State counsel, on instructions ASI Ajay Kumar, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.
