Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.204 dated 11.9.2015 under Sections 498-A,406 (406 IPC added later on), PS Zirakpur,Distt.SAS Nagar,Mohali on behalf of parents-in-law of complainant-Rajwinder Kaur.
The accused son i.e. husband of the complainant has fled away to Portugal leaving behind his hapless wife-complainant. Notice was issued to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement.
At the time of hearing counsel for the petitioners and complainant state that entire dispute has been settled and a written compromise deed executed between the parties which settles full and RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2015.12.24 16:19 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Kuldip Chand states that the case is at the initial stage of investigation. Learned counsel for the State as well as complainant state that in view of compromise arrived at between the parties they have no objection if the interim bail/protection granted vide order dated 16.11.2015 is made absolute.
In view of the above, present petition is allowed and interim bail/protection granted vide order dated 16.11.2015 is made absolute.
The parties shall be bound by their respective stand taken in the compromise arrived at between them.
