Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has expired and he is not able to contact the legal representatives of the appellant, therefore, he has no instructions to proceed further with this appeal. Hence, he submits that the present appeal be disposed of as not pressed, at this stage, with liberty to revive the same as and when he would be able to contact the legal representatives of the appellant.

In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed being not pressed.
