This is a petition for quashing of FIR No.286 dated 4.10.2013, under Sections 498-A, 406 and 494 IPC, registered at Police Station, Civil Lines, Batala, District Gurdaspur. The cancellation report had not been accepted and the concerned Court has asked for a report after further investigation. The said report appears to have not yet been produced. This petition is disposed of as pre-mature, at this stage, with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again in case on the basis of further proceedings, the trial Court opts to take cognizance.
