(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 21 dated 21.04.2018 (Annexure P-2) registered under Sections 363, 366-A and 120-B IPC at Police Station Khem Karan, District Tarn Taran and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such as, the aforesaid FIR has already been quashed by this Court vide order dated 11.08.2023, passed in CRM-M-43364-2022, titled as 'Kamal Sharma and others vs. State of Punjab and others'. Learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for respondents No. 2 and 3, fairly admit the aforesaid fact. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
