hen the alleged detenue is in lawful custody owing to his implication in FIR No.60 dated 19.03.2026, then a habeas corpus petition is designed just to secure the release of a person from lawful custody. The detenue had filed an application upon which concerned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Kapurthala had directed re-examination of the accused and also sought compliance report.
