*** Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Harbans Singh states that the petitioner has since surrendered his Passport and recovery of weapon has also been effected from him. In that way, he is not required for further investigation by the local police.
Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 4.10.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands allowed accordingly.
