Learned State counsel submits that petitioner is involved in fourteen other cases of similar nature. According to him, he played main role in fleeing noted gangster Dilpreet Singh @ Baba from policy custody. In view of above, no case for releasing the petitioner on bail is made out at this stage.

Petition is dismissed at this stage.
