Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking directions to respondents No.1 and 3 to get FIR No.18 dated 15.03.2019 (Annexure P2) under Sections 6 and 17 of POCSO Act and Section 376-D IPC registered at Women Police Station Asandh, by the petitioner against respondents No.8 to 12, investigated by an independent agency outside District Karnal, through a Senior Police Officer not below the rank of Superintendent of Police and provide adequate security and protection to life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members from the hands of respondents No.8 to 12 and their family members. Order sheets show that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner even on the last two dates of hearing i.e. 24.04.2019 and 07.08.2019. Today also, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.

2023:PHHC:126087 Page 2 of 2 Learned State Counsel on instructions from L/ASI Parveenlata submits that accused/respondents No.8 to 12 have been acquitted in the present case vide order dated 15.11.2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karnal.

In view of above submissions made by learned State Counsel, no further direction is required to be issued in the present matter. Present petition accordingly stands disposed of. However, in case anything survives, it is open to the petitioner to file appropriate application, in this regard.
