Mr. Shivendra Pal, Central Government Counsel for Union of India, who on advance notice is present in Court, submits that petitioner was issued show cause notice calling upon him to explain his position with respect to pending criminal cases. He may file fresh application alongwith reply to said show cause notice. If he files fresh application, it would be disposed of, in accordance with law.
