This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of appropriate directions to the investigating agency not to conduct/rely upon any enquiry being conducted in the same matter, which is pending investigation as any enquiry subsequent to registration of FIR runs contrary to the statutory provisions of Cr.P.C. It has been further prayed to direct respondent No.5 Station House Officer, Police Station Samrala, District Khanna to present the report under Section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. before the learned Illaqa Magistrate and further for issuance of direction to the respondents to arrest the accused persons in order to conduct a fair and impartial investigation especially in the light of the fact that their bail petitions stand dismissed from the concerned Courts.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the time of arguments, prayed only for the direction to expedite the investigation. As the FIR in the present case has been registered on 6.6.2015 and investigation is still going on, therefore, the respondents are directed to get the investigation expedited.

With this direction, this petition is disposed of. November 26, 2015.
