Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 4 submits that parents and other relatives of petitioner no. 1-Kanchan Rani will not interfere in her matrimonial life or pose any threat to their life and liberty. He, however, seeks assurance from petitioner no. 2-Krishan Kumar that he will take care of petitioner no. 1 and deposit some amount in her account as fixed deposit.
Learned counsel for petitioners after having instructions from petitioner no. 2-Krishan Kumar submits that petitioner no. 2 will deposit a sum of `2 lakhs in the account of petitioner no. 1-Kanchan Devi within a period of four weeks.
As the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad to look into representation dated 28.08.2018 (Annexure P-4) and take appropriate action in accordance with JITENDER KUMAR 2018.08.31 15:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH
