Devinder Kumar, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Khamanon, District Fatehgarh Sahib has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record. It is specifically deposed in para No.6 of the aforesaid status report that offence under Section 307 IPC has been added on 27.7.2024 vide DDR No.15 dated 27.7.2024 registered at Police Station Khedi Nodh Singh, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

Faced with the aforestated position, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
