The prayer in the present petition is for issuance of directions to official respondent Nos.2 to 5 to conduct a fair and impartial investigation and also to file a report under Section 173 CrPC within a stipulated period in FIR No.138 dated 23.03.2022 registered under Sections 323, 406, 498-A, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 4 of the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019 and later on Section 376-D was added, at Police Station Sadar Tauru, District Nuh. 2.
