**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) State counsel submits that Sections 354, 354-B, 34 IPC have been deleted and challan has been presented under Section 323 IPC. In the reply submitted by the State, it has been stated that the petitioner had stated that she did not need police protection but refused to give in writing.
In view of this, no directions are required to be issued. Petition is disposed of .
If the petitioner feels any threat, she can always approach the trial Court for redressal of her grievance.
