(Oral) This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 5 to safeguard the life and liberty of petitioner from the hands of respondent Nos.6 to 9. Upon notice, reply by way of affidavit filed on behalf of respondent No.4 taking therein the stand that the petitioner has not reported any alleged threat to her life and liberty nor she has lodged any complaint with the answering respondent till date.
Keeping in view the stand taken in the reply and the fact that today nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner to assist the Court, no ground of issuance of any direction is made out and accordingly the present petition is hereby dismissed.
