JAISHREE THAKUR, J.(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to the officials respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to investigate the complaint dated 28.01.2015 (Annexure P-2) given by the petitioner against respondent Nos. 5 & 6 and initiate appropriate action as per law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the complaint dated 28.01.2015 (Annexure P-2), in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

Mr. A.S. Dhaliwal, learned D.A.G., Punjab, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Three copies of the petition be handed over to him by learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day failing which no action is called for. He submits that the complaint dated 28.01.2015 (Annexure P-2) will be decided within a period of four weeks.
