Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.47 dated 16.04.2021, registered at Police Station Mullanpur, District SAS Nagar, under Sections 306 and 120-B IPC. Vide order dated 24.06.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
