(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.227 dated 28.11.2022, registered under Sections 420, 465, 471, 193, 120-B IPC and Section 419 IPC (added later on), at Police Station Sadar Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran. Vide order dated 25.04.2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Jaspal Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
