(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the points raised herein before the trial Court at appropriate stage including their contention to the effect that it is not a case, which would attract offence under Section 307 of Indian Penal Code, and also that the FIR came to be lodged on account of some misunderstanding, which has now been resolved.
