Before trial Court 11.09.2015 M/s Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited Versus Ramandeep Kaur 138/142 of NI Act CRA-562-2016 titled as Ramandeep Kaur Versus M/s Mahindra & Before Appellate Court Mahindra Financial Services Limited 1.

The petitioner, a lady aged 60 years, and claims to work as a laborer, and had stood as a surety, has come up before this court seeking the quashing of order of issuance of non-bailable warrants against her for being unable to produce the accused before the court, on his default in an appearance before the trial court. 2.

Without adjudicating the maintainability of this petition under section 482 CrPC, and leaving that question open; given the explanation offered by the petition is allowed to the extent mentioned in this order and with the following conditions. 3.

There shall be a stay of the impugned order dated 17.02.2022, passed by Ld. ASJ, Karnal, qua the petitioner for 30 days from today, subject to the petitioner appearing before the concerned court to offer explanation to the notice under section 446 CrPC.

This order is subject to the petitioner appearing before the concerned court with in thirty days from today.
