Manju Mahant v. State Of Punjab
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH
CRM No.M-37127 of 2015 Date of decision: November 02, 2015 Manju Mahant
...Petitioner
Versus
State of Punjab
...Respondent
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJIT SINGH
Present:
Mr.Prashant Vashisth, Advocate for the petitioner.
**** INDERJIT SINGH, J.
Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.82 dated 28.03.2015 under Sections 363, 366, 376, 346 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Salem Tabri, Ludhiana City.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.
From the record, I find that this Court has already dismissed the first bail petition on merits by discussing the facts of this case vide order dated 10.09.2015. There are serious allegations against the present petitioner and there are no changed circumstances in the present case.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, nature and gravity of the offence and there being no changed circumstance, I do not find it a fit case where the petitioner is entitled to benefit of anticipatory bail.
Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
