Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Junior Library Attendant-cum-Peon in pursuance to the advertisement dated 10.09.2013.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the only impediment in going ahead with the selection is the interim order passed by this Court.
