(ORAL) Learned State counsel filing status report by way of affidavit of Mr. Gurdev Singh Dhaliwal, Deputy Superintendent of Police (rural), Patiala, submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that in FIR No.135 dated 20.12.2016, under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Julkan, District Patiala (P-1) lodged by the petitioner, final report, against two accused, out of three accused named in the FIR, has been filed in court and both of them were charge-sheeted on 16.11.2018. The third accused namely Jagdish Singla was found innocent. Therefore, he was placed in column No.2 of the final report. In view of the above, instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
