SUDIP AHLUWALIA, J. (ORAL) Seen the Reply filed in connected CRM-M No.19867 of 2020, on behalf of the Respondent/State by way of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar-IV.

It transpires that once the Petitioner, along with other accused persons, in the present case, was interrogated in FIR No.189 dated 24th March, 2020 of Police Station Thanesar, and it was confessed by the accused persons concerned themselves that they had tried to commit theft from the ATM Machine of Bank of Baroda at Jagadhari, as also to steal the ATM Machine of PNB Chhappar. Thereafter, the accused persons were released on bail in the case in which they had been originally arrested i.e. FIR No.78 dated 29th March, 2020.

CRM-M No.18966 of 2020 -2Petitioner with the alleged occurrence in this case pertaining to FIR No.428 dated 28th March, 2020 is his own Confessional Statement made during interrogation in some other case being investigated by the Police. 4.
On 16nd July, 2020, this Court had granted an interim protection by way of Anticipatory Bail to the Petitioner. 5.
As such, in view of the absence of any cogent material linking the Petitioner to the alleged occurrence, the interim bail granted to him earlier on 16th July, 2020, is hereby confirmed. 6.
Disposed off.
