Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he confines the relief claimed in this petition only for direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh to look into his representation (Annexure P-4) and take appropriate action in the matter. The petitioner in this petition has sought early presentation of final report in case bearing FIR No. 88 dated 28.03.2017 registered at Police Station Sector 39, Chandigarh. It has been alleged that investigation in this case has already been completed but the police has not presented the challan.

In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh to look into the representation (Annexure P-4) and take appropriate action in accordance with law, on receipt of copy of this order in his office.
