ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) The apprehension of the petitioners, as contended by the learned counsel, that they will be fastened with false criminal cases at the hands of private respondents, is completely unfounded. In any case, in the event of any such eventuality they can invoke the jurisdiction of the appropriate Court to seek their relief, as may be available under the criminal jurisprudence.

Moreover, having gone through the averments in the petition, it seems to be a case of civil litigation between the petitioners and the private respondents. Their remedy, therefore, lies elsewhere to be availed by the petitioners in accordance with law, if at all they so wish. No grounds to interfere.

As regards the threat perception qua the bodily harm that may be caused to the petitioners at the hands of private respondents, the respondent No.3 i.e. Station House Officer of Police Station concerned shall look into the pending representation and in case, he arrives at the conclusion that there is indeed any such threat existing, he shall take appropriate steps as may be warranted.The petition is disposed of with above observations. 16.06.2021 (ARUN MONGA) gurpreet JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned:
