By way of present petition, prayer has been made for setting aside of an Order dated 06.04.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-judge, Special Court for Heinous Crime Against Women, Hisar, whereby, the appeal filed by the petitioner against the judgment dated 17.09.2016 was dismissed.
