MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) This is a second petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 46 dated 09.03.2017 under Section 406 and 420 IPC registered at Police Station Dakha, District Ludhiana. It would be relevant to mention that the first petition filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail was dismissed as withdrawn only on 25.06.2020. A perusal of the said order clearly reveals that the learned counsel for the State had apprised this Court that the petitioner was involved in three more cases of similar nature and it was in this background that the petitioner had prayed for withdrawal of the petition. Yet again, the petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail. He has failed to bring to the notice of this Court any change in circumstances in the intervening period between 25.06.2020 and today, which would merit RUPINDER KAUR 2020.07.15 14:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document acceptance of the instant petition.
CRM-M-18860-2020 [ 2 ] In view of the above, no ground for grant of regular bail is made out.
The petition is dismissed.
