Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 79 dated 13.7.2014 under Section 328, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 , registered at Police Station Naggal, District Ambala.
While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 03.11.2014-:- "Notice of motion for 08.1.2015.
In the meantime, in the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the GURPREET SINGH 2015.01.08 15:44 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
Crl. Misc. No. M-37221 of 2014 -2Arresting Officer. He shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973."
Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Ramesh Chand, has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for further investigation.
Accordingly, interim bail granted by this Court to the petitioner vide order dated 03.11.2014 is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
