Apprehending his arrest in FIR No.200 dated 19.11.2025, under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Sections 336(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of BNS added later on), registered at Police Station Dugri, District Ludhiana, the petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand with liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action after giving complete antecedents of the petitioner. 3.
