Manas Gandhi and another" under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad.

Petitioner is relegated to learned Sessions Judge, Faridabad to move application for restoration of anticipatory bail application of the petitioner which was dismissed in default on 06.08.2018, within 15 days from today. Till then arrest of the petitioner shall remain stayed. Disposed of.
