Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 43 dated 29.1.2016, registered under Section(s) 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, Hisar. The allegations against the petitioner are that he forged the thumb impressions of the labourer while posted as a Clerk on the relevant seat. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the thumb impressions on the bills are not of the petitioner. However, this will be the matter of investigation.

In view of above, no ground is made out to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner and the present petition stands dismissed. (Shekher Dhawan) Judge October 04, 2017 "DK"
