ANITA CHAUDHRY, J. (Oral) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No.207, dated 04.09.2016, registered under Sections 376 and 506 IPC, Police Station Sohana, District SAS Nagar, Mohali.

Heard.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations against the petitioner are that there was a promise of marriage and the petitioner developed physical relations and later refused to perform marriage. The complainant is 23 years old. Counsel further says that the investigation is over, challan has been presented and the petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2016 and the trial will take time.
