Through instant Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India prayer has been made for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to protect the life and liberty of petitioner and his family from unnecessary harassment, threats or abuses to put pressure to withdraw criminal case.
