***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) The petitioner, who is mother-in-law of detenue namely Anu Bala, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus so as to get released the alleged detenue, who is alleged to be illegally detained in the premises of respondents No.4 to 10.

Pursuant to order dated 20.4.2023, the Warrant Officer visited the premises of private respondents No.4 to 9 and has submitted his report. As per the report submitted by Warrant Officer, when Warrant Officer went to the residence of respondents No.4 to 9 on 22.4.2023, the alleged detenue Ms. Anu Bala was also found there.
