Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to the averments made in para 7 of the preliminary submissions, as per which the proposal for increasing/review the recurring Risk Fund amount has been forwarded to the Directorate, CRPF for its further consideration by the Governing Body of Funds. In wake of which, he makes a prayer that the same be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for UOI on instructions from K.J. Pathak, Deputy Commandant (Law), CRPF submits that a decision thereon shall be taken within a period of 4 months.
