Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioner to approach the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar, to take decision regarding the arrest of the petitioner in view of the principles laid down by Hon'ble the Supreme Court in the matter of Arnesh Kumar vs State of Bihar and another, 2014(3) RCR (Criminal) 527.
