Learned counsel submits that the petitioner was not the Director on the date of issuance of cheque, he having resigned prior thereto, for which reference is made to Annexure P3 and judgment of this Court in Anil Chanana vs. M/s Gyani Ram Ruliya Ram I.L.R. Punjab & Haryana 2018(2) 872, however, after arguing for some time, when faced with the fact that the case is now fixed for defence evidence, prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take all pleas available to him before the Court concerned at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law.
