(ORAL) After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner is admitted in hospital and undergoing treatment of spinal cord which will take some time, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again, at the appropriate stage, by filing a fresh petition on the same cause of action. Permission is granted.
