Though there are serious allegations against the petitioner of having slaughtering cows and transporting them to Rajasthan but on a raid having been conducted, he was not arrested from the spot but was allegedly able to flee from the spot, from where two cows and two calves were recovered.

The petition has been opposed contending that the petitioner is involved in 5 other cases of similar nature. In view of the above circumstances, the petition is allowed and it is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, he will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition that the petitioner will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation. The petitioner will not indulge in the similar activity, of which he is accused of, during pendency of the trial.
